Refund Policy

Our 60-day promise
If you're not in love with your serum, we'll refund you in full — even if the bottle is empty.
How to start a return
- Email support@alvanibeauty.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number and a quick note about why it didn't work for you (this helps us improve).
- We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
- Drop the package at any USPS location.
- Once we receive the return, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Most banks post the credit within 5–10 business days of processing.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email a photo to orders@alvanibeauty.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no cost — no return needed.
Exchanges
We currently sell a single product, so we do not process exchanges. If you'd like a different quantity, simply request a refund and place a new order.
